Description
Biogen Blended Protein 875G is a chocolate protein shake that is meant to be consumed in-between meals or before workouts. It is important to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day, and individuals 12-18 years old should not exceed one serving a day. Additionally, the product is manufactured in a facility that processes cows milk, egg, soy, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts.
DOSAGE: Mix 1 round scoop (35 g) to 150-200 ml of cold water. Have 1-3 servings daily. Consume in-between meals to increase total daily protein intake. Can also be taken 30 minutes prior to / directly after a workout.
