Biogen Blended Protein 875G is a protein supplement that is designed to help increase the daily protein intake. It is important to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day, and it is also important to consult your doctor before using this product. Individuals 12-18 years should not exceed one serving a day.
DOSAGE: Mix 1 round scoop (35 g) to 150-200 ml of cold water. Have 1-3 servings daily. Consume in-between meals to increase total daily protein intake. Can also be taken 30 minutes prior to / directly after a workout.
