The Ajax Hood is a visor for the MotionProtect Outdoor wireless street motion sensor. The Hood is made of durable polycarbonate. It is designed to protect and mask the sensors from snow or rain, thus preventing false alarms. The canopy is mounted on the MotionProtect Outdoor sensor without removing it from the mount.

The MotionProtect Outdoor wireless street motion sensor enclosure has masking sensors that trigger an alarm if intruders want to interfere with the sensors. The sensor can be activated on glueing, barriers and painting. The device will also work when the intruders try to block the lens view. According to the same principle, the sensor can be triggered by snow sticking to the sensors and large raindrops, which will cause a false alarm.
