Use as a body or bed warmer. For backache, stomach ache (due to muscle tension only) and period pain. Directions For Use: Microwave oven:1. Lay pack flat in microwave set to 640W and heat 3 x for 1 min.2. Remove pack carefully from microwave and briefly knead the pack after each interval to distribute heat evenly. 3.

Apply directly to body - no additional cover neededWarnings:- Never heat the packs when folded or creased. Leakage may result.- Be careful when removing hot pack with bare hands from microwave- If pack is too hot, wait for it to cool down before applying to body- Packs will be damaged if overheated.- Do not heat in an oven or grill.- For unknown microwave oven power, please use the lowest power setting (defrost setting) andwarm up the product in 30 seconds steps.
