SpecificationsDIRECTIONS FOR USE: Remove the cap and safety clip. Hold the end of the nozzle at the edge of the nostril, do not push the nozzle too far up the nasal passage and press down on both sides of the nozzle for one spray. DOSAGE Adults: 2 to 6 sprays in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
