• Adults and children over 16 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily (if used to enhance attention-span of a child during school time, it is best to take the first capsule with breakfast, and the second capsule late morning with a snack or lunch). Children 12-16 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily.

  Take with, or shortly after food. To maintain effectiveness, take in cycles of 5 consecutive days followed by a break of 2 consecutive days. Some individuals may experience a stimulating effect, therefore do not take after 4 pm. Do not exceed 6 weeks continuous use.
