Pathetic Service

I can not rate the service as there isn't any. Ordered and paid for a Fitbit watch 2 days ago, paid for the overnight delivery, when I contact the courier company Aramex, they have no record of the order. I have phoned (031)8113279 which is the companies number and nobody answers the phone it just rings, I try to lodge a query on the sight and that cant be done. Does this company even exist or have I been scammed?

Excellent Service

I looked around for the best price on a Garmin watch and found EasyGis to have the best price. I took a chance and ordered. There was an additional fee for express delivery, which on the onset may be seen as a negative, but even with the delivery fee, they still beat the closest price by a reasonable margin. Two days later the parcel was delivered and happy customer gained.
