Using the Stick Blender remove all stickers and labels from the stick blender and clean the body with a damp cloth. Remove the blender bar, wash and dry thoroughly. Reinsert the blender bar into the body, turning clockwise to lock the blender bar into place. Plug the blender into the mains and ensure the mains plug is switched on. Put ingredients into an appropriate beaker, bowl, or vessel and emersed the blade guard completely in the ingredients. Switch the blender on by pressing the low speed or high-speed switch. Blender speed can be regulated by on the low-speed setting by turning the speed control dial situated on top of the motor housing. Blend the ingredients by moving the blender bar slowly up, down and in circles. Once the ingredients have been blended to the desired consistency, switch the blender off by releasing the power switch. Remove the blender bar from the ingredients and turn off the mains. Tips do not operate the blender continuously for periods longer than 1 minute on any setting. Start mixing in low speed while mixing ingredients. Ingredients may be spattered when you start with high speed.
