The terms and conditions of the service include that the area where the installation will be done must be cleared and prepared, that the repair work will be done on the existing features with no modification done to the waste or water supply, that inside roof geyser must be easily accessible through the trap door only, that existing electrical connection must be in comply with South African regulations, that existing water supply & evacuation to geyser must comply with South African regulations, that wall, floor or ceiling must be able to hold weight of the geyser when filled up with water, and that standard repair includes geysers up to 250lt. Included services include copper pipe replacement, legging and vacuum breaker changes, pressure control valve replacement, safety valve replacement, element replacement, and excluded services include burst geyser tank, DV board isolator switch, geyser isolation switch replacement/fix, geyser plug point, materials including copper pipes, legging and vacuum breakers, geyser isolation switches, pressure control valves, and safety valve elements.
