Description
The essential oil is from Gaultheria procumbens, which is a type of wintergreen. It is 100% pure and natural, and has a high methyl salicylate content. Wintergreen is used topically as a pain reliever, in aromatherapy to uplift and relax, and in a vapourizer as an effective bronchial decongestant. It is also used to numb and warm the area it is applied to, and is absorbed by the skin. Wintergreen should be used sparingly and well diluted, never taken orally or applied to open wounds.
