This is a 12 cm serrated utility knife with a food safe silicone handle. It is ideal for cutting a variety of small fruits and vegetables. The knife is forged with 3Cr14 high carbon stainless steel blades that are hardened to 52 degree Rockwell for strength and durability. The protective bolster provides balance and helps protect fingers from slipping onto the blade whilst cutting. The ergonomic, easy grip handles provide a comfortable non-slip grip, even when wet.
