It is hand-assembled in Brooklyn using the richest and rarest straight bourbons, only ever in five-barrel batches, non-chillfiltered and proofed with limestone mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York. The nose has fresh roasted nuts still in the oven, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, and cloves, black pepper, ginger, custard, tobacco, malty, soft spices, citrus peel, blood orange, dark chocolate and lemon posset. The palate has Cloves, black pepper, ginger, custard, tobacco, malty, soft spices, citrus peel, blood orange, dark chocolate and lemon posset. The finish has a gentle oily spice that leaves a hint of ginger and lemon. The bottle size is 750ml. The ABV is 45,5%.
