In Nov 2016 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 from Snapcraze. The process was very efficient and I was very happy with my new phone. In Dec, Vodacom blacklisted the phone for being obtained fraudulently in Oct from a Vodacom store. I contacted Snapcraze in despair. I had to return the phone for refund. After miscommunication by Snapcraze over where to return the phone, it was collected from me and I was refunded. I have been highly inconvenienced since the blacklisting but I am happy for the refund.
Ordered an iPhone 7. Stock was available, service was great. I small hiccup with delivery, however this was caused by MDS call centre being offline. Snapcraze resolved the issue ASAP and product was delivered before the cutoff. Snapcraze have the best priced iPhone's in SA if you're paying cash.
Received product in Cape Town within 4 days of placing order and paying. Matches all specifications of order. Great work. Only issue is lack of updates between payment and dispatch to couriers especially if one hasn't created a user account.
