The Fine Art Charcoal Maxi Baton De Saule X1 is a large, soft willow charcoal stick that is ideal for artists who work on a large scale. The Nitram Baton de Saule is more black than the Nitram B. When you compare Baton de Saule with Vine or Willow charcoal – it is smoother, blacker, has a more even coverage and does not crumble or break as easily as they do. The diameter is 40 mm (1.58) and the height is 152 mm (6).
