19 Year Old 2006 Cask 900819 - Signatory Cask Strength Collection

Distilled at Glenlivet in 2006, this single malt enjoyed the next 19 years slumbering in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was opened by Signatory in 2026, independently releasing 592 bottles at a robust 59.9% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection. Tasting Notes Colour: Deep golden amber. Nose: Rich and expressive.

Layers of ripe orchard fruit, honey and vanilla are complemented by notes of dried apricot, citrus peel and soft toffee. Hints of polished oak, baking spice and roasted almonds develop with time in the glass. Palate: Full-bodied and powerful. Sweet malt, honey and caramel are balanced by flavours of baked apple, dried fruit and vanilla cream.

The cask-strength presentation amplifies notes of oak spice, toasted nuts and gentle pepper, while maintaining the elegance for which Glenlivet is renowned.
