Bertech ESD Soldering Mats have two layers: The top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Resistance to ground (bottom layer) is 10^5 - 10^6 ohms and point-to-point resistance 10^8 - 10^9 ohms. This soldering mat offers excellent resistance to oil, grease, and most common solvents.

It is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. It complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD 4.1 standards. These mats are heat and solder resistant, will not delaminate, and are easy to clean. Mat comes with a wrist strap and grounding cord. RoHS Compliant. Assembled in USA. Applications: Aerospace Assembly, Electronic Manufacturing, Electronic Repairs, Fiber Optics, Hospitals, Medical Assembly, and Soldering.
