A short preparation time and just three additional ingredients ensure quick and perfect results without traditional deep-frying.

For each sachet of baking mix (12 balls), simply add 125g of quark (20% fat in dry matter) and one egg, and mix until you have a smooth dough. Then, using oiled hands or two tablespoons dipped in oil, shape the dough into balls. Simply air fry the balls, brush them with a little oil, and finally roll them in sugar.

The result is fluffy quark balls without traditional deep-frying, but with just as much deliciousness. The recipe for this baking mix was specially developed for baking in an air fryer and guarantees perfect results with these sweet treats.
