Dakar-Le Cap is a collaborative brew between Soul Barrel Brewing Co. and Senegals Kalao Brewing a beer that celebrates innovation, sustainability, and the future of African brewing. Built around Fonio and Sorghum, two ancient African supergrains that have thrived for centuries in some of the continents harshest climates, this Micro IPA showcases how traditional ingredients can shape modern craft beer.

Naturally drought-resistant and climate-resilient, these grains flourish in poor soils without irrigation or chemicals, supporting regenerative agriculture and smallholder farming communities across Africa. The light and crisp grain base is paired with a vibrant dry-hop of UK Jester and Harlequin hops, bringing bright layers of tropical fruit and summer berries while maintaining a refreshingly dry finish.

At just 3.5% ABV, Dakar-Le Cap is exceptionally drinkable, flavourful, and purpose-driven proving that small grains can make a big impact.
