We soak and germinate our raw pumpkin seeds sourced from China, which removes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in nuts and seeds. The pumpkin seeds are then dried and ground at temperatures of around 108 degrees.

The result is a light and sweet tasting organic pumpkin butter which is enzyme rich, nutrient rich and easily digested.
