Answer for your question:
1.Why the bluetooth is paired, but car media system still didn't recognize Airdual bluetooth device?
Solution:
1) For Android ueser, Please press the RED button on DOWN position.

And Please unplug,replug and reconnect with you phone.
2) For iPhoe user, Please press the RED button on UP position. Please play music in Apple Music App on iPhone and download songs on it. And Please unplug,replug and reconnect with you phone.
3) Need to be confirm Airudal is being in good connect condition with car iPod cable.

2.Why i cannot see audio file/date on car screen?
Solutions:
1) If you are iPhone user, Please press the red button on UP position, subscribe Apple Music App, that unplug and re-plug Airdual, reconnect with your iPhone,you will browse whole library of songs.
On this condition, iPhone Spotify/Pandora user only can see song name on car screen.
2)If you are Android user, Airdual not support display song date function.
