Description
Red Espresso has created a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate mix that is vegan-friendly and made with responsibly sourced cocoa. The mix is Rainforest Alliance certified and has a clean label with fewer ingredients. It is also Halaal certified and does not contain gluten, GMOs, palm oil, artificial flavors or colorants, or partially hydrogenated oils. The mix can be used to make both hot and iced salted caramel drinks by adding hot or cold milk and stirring well. However, it is not strictly dairy-free as it is made in a factory that also handles milk products.
Working closely with baristas, weve crafted a blend that delivers delicious chocolate flavour. Simply add your favourite dairy or non-dairy milk to the mix.

How to make
Recreate delicious, caf*-quality hot chocolatedrinks easily at home:
Make a salted caramel hot choc
Add 4 heaped teaspoons (25g) into a mug
Add 40ml hot milk and mix into a paste
Top up with 160ml hot milk and stir well
Make an iced salted caramel
Add 4 heaped teaspoons (25g) into a mug
Add 40ml hot water to mix into a paste
Top up with 160ml cold milk and ice blocks
