The Netgear 5 Port 101001000 Gigabit Ethernet Switch is a unmanaged plug-and-play switch that can be used to expand wired connectivity for small offices and home networks. The GS305P/GS305PP and GS308P with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) provide power and data from a single Ethernet (CAT-5) cable to devices such as IP cameras, VoIP/Internet-based phones, wireless access points, etc. The GS316, GS324, and GS348 can be used to avoid congestion due to stacking up lower port count switches.
