Description
This is a description of the KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin 750ML. The gin is made with high-quality rice spirit from the famous saki-brewing district, Fushimi, and local botanicals including yuzu (citrus), hinoki (wood), sansho (pepper), and gyokuro (green tea). Each botanical is distilled separately and then blended together. The gin has a recognisably dry gin flavour but with a Japanese accent, pure, perfectly balanced, and with distinct aromas and a finish of light ginger spice.
