The softgel capsule shell is made of gelatin from bovine, vegetable glycerin, water, and Starflower Oil. The product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavors, and colors. It is suggested for use as a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime.
