This is a cable that is designed to be used with 4K displays and is capable of carrying a maximum of 18Gbps of bandwidth. It also supports HDR and has an ARC feature which allows for audio data to be sent upstream to a soundbar or audio receiver. It also has a self-detecting function for EDID.
