FirstShop was extremely efficient and excellent with communication. I received my mouse within 24 hours after payment and order confirmation. I loved their service and have recommended them to others as well. FirstShop was also a lot cheaper compared to other stores.

As my first shop with FirstShop (LOL), I was rather nervous, as you never really know how good or bad an online purchase will truly be until you actually try them. Well I needn't have worried, the package came within just two days and was in pristine condition, so of course, everything worked as expected. With all fears now dispelled, I'll certainly be using them again in the future. ^^

Great Products at great costs. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will also inform you when a product is not available and offer to refund or keep it on back order. Communication is on par. Very quick delivery too.

Good Day, I bought an SSD from FirstShop and it was delivered to me in 3 days. One thing I can mention is that the tracking of the order was a bit tedious. I did not know when what was going to happen.

Never have I bought from FirstShop before and was quite apprehensive and had little trust that my order will be what I ordered. HUGE was my surprise when the order arrived 5 days earlier than expected and works awesome. I am a telemarketer and had a pair of expensive gamers headset, yet my clients could not hear me. I ordered a R45 headset with mic from FirstShop and my managers couldn't believe the difference in sound. I am really impressed and will definitely buy/order from them again. All and all, with delivery it was under R100 and nowhere could I find in any shop a headset with a mic for under R200. This was a very good buy. I am happy.
