Worst online shopping experience ever!
by Duncan Estment on 16 Jan 2020

We placed an order on the 22/12/10, today is 16/01/20 and we have yet to receive our order which was due to be dispatched on 03/01/20 , we did phone the call centre and after holding for 6+ minutes our call was answered we gave your call centre our tracking number and they informed us the order is yet to be dispatched and we must wait 48 hours for feedback that's an additional 2 days.. we to this day do not have any indication of a delivery date and goal posts have yet again been shifted with vagueness and no indication of resolution I'm not sure how this can be considered acceptable very disappointed doubt we will be using loot again. It's now 16/01/20 and we still have no indication of ETA nor any resolution, at this point I could have imported my order for less and received it faster

Terrible service
by Sarah Smith on 08 Mar 2019

I tried contacting loot and always had some one new responding to my emails who had not familiarized them self with my issue and would give me attitude despite them being in fault and delaying my order by a couple weeks

Shocking service
by Rachel Dugmore on 08 Mar 2019

The customer service is terrible. I paid more for my item than I could have from takealot based on the quick dispatch time that was advertised but there was a delay with the supplier of my item and it was only due to come 2 weeks after the expected delivery date and they don't try to make up for any inconvenience. And dealing with the customer service team is annoying because they don't acknowledge any thing you say. I had expected to be able to collect the item which I was requiring urgently but since they delay of 2 weeks I wouldn't be able to collect it and the process of changing shipping method is a nightmare and I will still have to wait up to 3 days after it has been dispatched because they to stingy to offer me free priority delivery to make up for the inconvenience caused. Its not like it would have caused them to make a loss but now they will be losing out cause i will make sure that anyone wanting to use loot rethinks their decision. Don't bother buying from loot.

A Very Quick Delivery

Worst shop ever!
by Dana Malan on 11 Dec 2017

I bought and paid for an Xbox One controller more than THREE MONTHS ago. I STILL have not received my order! Every time I manage to contact them they promise they are sending it, yet more than three months later, nothing! They have stopped replying to me now. Seems like Loot is nothing but a scam now. They used to be good but now they are no more than scammers!

Worst online experience ever
by on 17 Dec 2016

Ordered different products on different occasions and both occasions loot had either an issue with price at which they advertised or the product was not available due an incorrect data capture issue.

by Tubal Hammond on 30 Jun 2016

I first came across Loot on Bidorbuy. They did not have as many products as Kalahari or Takealot back then. Now they have grown to a level where they offer just as many if not more products at very competitive prices. I once had a query about the price of an item that I purchased and customer service solved my query fast and without hassle. I look forward to more successful transactions.

Thanks for delivering my games earlier than I expected guys, when I was told in your mail it would take as long as the mail said, I thought I'd have to wait forever, but they were delivered early yesterday morning, great timing! :D
