The Ballarini Bologna Frying Pan is a high-quality, non-stick frying pan made in Italy. It features a forged aluminium body with a very non-stick coating composed of 5 layers, making it suitable for intensive use and resistant to metal utensils. The pan also has an impermeable granitium section for maximum non-stick power and a middle layer with high mineral content for added durability. The coating is scratch and wear resistant, and the pan has a stainless steel screw and protective external layer for safety and rust prevention. It is suitable for use on various types of stovetops and is oven proof up to 160C. The pan also has an ergonomic heat-insulating handle and a patented Thermopoint heat indicator for energy efficient cooking. It is dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
