Description
The fish fryer anvil is a high speed anvil with a hinged element that can be easily cleaned. It has a stainless steel handle that hinge the element to 90 position, and a hinged element that safely locks into 90 position. The anvil has a 10Lt stainless steel surge area tank design, 1/2 valve for draining oil, and a micro switch disconnects power when the element is hinged up. The anvil is ideal for frying 500g portions of chips at a time, and is ideal for fish and battered products. The anvil has adjustable feet for varied height preference, and operates at 50C - 190C.
