Description
This is a stove with an oven. It is suitable for large catering venues and restaurants, and has removable heating plates for servicing. The stove has a robust stainless steel construction, with heavy duty door and hinges, and a removable drip tray beneath the stove top to retain spills. The stove is thermostatically controlled and has an electric oven which takes full size gastronorm pans. The oven has a powerful circulating fan with automatic reversing cycle to promote evenbaking. The cool to touch die cast control knobs are fitted with 1 x chrome plated steel wire shelf. There is a useful side holding compartment, and the heavy duty top plates retain heat. The flush fit top plates allow oversize pots to be used. The stove is compatible with the Specification SABS IEC60335.
