The buffing compound FINISH.1.3KG Grey is a solid polishing compound that is used for steel, stainless steel, chrome, and aluminum. It has a grey color and weighs +/- 1.3kg. It is used with a white stitched buff or an unstitched buff on metals. The cutting compound should be used with a Sisal buff or a stitched buff. The selection of buffing wheels is available in 100mm and 150mm cotton.

Application:
Different metals have varying characteristics. To achieve the best possible
result; it is essential that the correct compound and polishing buff is selected
for the job.
The cutting compound should be used on a Sisal buff
or stitched buff. A white stitched buff is ideal for cutting into
metals. With the correct compound it will remove stretcher strains; orange peel;
polishing wheel grit lines; light die marks etc.
An unstitched buff is used with polishing (finishing) compound
on metals. Each fold/leaf of
material is approximately 1mm thick.
