Susan Delafield is listed in the Seeds of Diversity Canada catalogue of heritage varieties. Harvest Time Mid Season Origin Canada Flavour and Uses Strong and spicy use in any dish that calls for a robust garlic flavour. Appearance and size Averages between 4 to 6 large cloves per bulb. Outer wrappers are snowy white and the clove skins tend towards purple-pink. Harvest and Storage Mid-season harvest. Storage you can expect between 8 to 9 months. Sowing Best Planted in rows 30cm apart with 20cm between rows.
