Brilliant pale straw colour with apple pie and spice on the nose. Lively and juicy with a mouthful of concentrated pear, honeydew, melon and ripe mango flavours on a beautiful mineral structure and lipsmacking acid backbone. The flavours linger with a spicy finish.
