Made of American maple and stained in a rich; dark brown; the Classic Goodtime Two plectrum banjo has the features required by those who love to play in the flat-picking Dixieland or who love melodic finger picking. With the traditional planetary tuners; side dots; and the Deering peghead shape; this lightweight Goodtime Two plectrum banjo has a warm and vibrant voice with good volume thanks to the resonator. Traditionally tuned D;B;G;C; the banjo can also be tuned like the last 4 strings on a guitar (D;G;B;E) which makes it a perfect cross-over instrument for the guitar playing musician.
