This original recipe mustard bath powder sprinkled into a hot bath helps to relieve muscular aches and pains.
Ingredients
sodium chloride, magnesium sulphate, ground mustard seeds, eucalyptus oil.
Add 2-3 tablespoons mustard bath powder to a hot bath. for maximum benefit soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes.
Not recommended during pregnancy or for those with heart disease
