Makes good coffee, Looks Great, has exelent features, two bean containers is the best feature as can have regular beans in one and decaff in the other or a strong and a mild roast, has a few bugs one serious at times is that amount of coffee used at same strength setting varies and can be clearly seen when observing the ejected used compressed coffee varies greatly in thickness at times, sometimes makes a very weak coffee next cup is OK. Emptying the lower tray is a mission as very shallow and no cover like the Jura and spills easy when taking to sink to empty. I also got caught for a sucker the store sold me an old model with 4 user names new model 8 user names, new one seems to have fixed some bugs. Agents in South Africa keep changing and are bad, I took it in just after purchasing for a small problem of a micro switch not working but when I realised that the technician was not sure how it worked and looked like he had seen one for the first time I decided not to leave it with them at all. I would recommend a Jura Machine, or De Longi, Easy to clean both of them, both make stronger coffee using less coffee, seems to compress coffee better and uses less beans, ejected pellets are firm and well compressed. Seems that due to these complaints and bad service most off the preferred stores no longer carry them. I am currently looking for the new agents if they still exist, as was contacted by someone who said there was a firmware/software update that would fix all the problems.

Good Machine, Makes great coffee, better than most of its automatic rivals, but I it seems the Distributers in South Africa are poor, and was told that the distributers have changed several times. I however did eventually Purchase one and am very happy with the product itself, but very disappointed with the service of the current distributers that do not have qualified persons to service products their products. Could not get hold of them after I purchased this unit and had it delivered to me, and needed support as to the functions of it Was not the same as the one I was shown and tested in the shop? They never returned calls and I just gave up, later I to them for a small problem of a magnetic micro switch malfunctioning but the technician did not know the machine, I told him about the menu problem as well, he neither knew about that and said he will have a look but I must leave the unit with then, I was not happy about leaving something with someone that does not know the product. I had another problem with a rubber drive shock absorber swelling and went to see if I could get parts, and again asked if they were able to sort out the old menu problem as was told it was just a software update. They said yes and it was taken in and sent to Johannesburg over a month ago and is still there. Called them today and they could not fix, they are sending it back to me hopefully as it has only made 1,400 cups of coffee and was guaranteed to make at least 15,000 cups. I have stopped recommending the product. A product is only as good as its support.
