Please Note: These reusable and recyclable govino products are made from a BPA-free polymer with a Resin Identification Code (RCI code/number in the recycling triangle printed at the bottom of most plastic products) of 1, indicating that they are made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) which is generally considered safe for use, meaning you don’t have to worry about chemicals leaching out of this material. However, some still avoid this plastic as there is a chance that due to long periods of storage time and fluctuating temperatures, chemicals may leach out. Faithful to Nature have weighed this in when offering our customers these govino products, and have decided that due to the fact that these are not storage containers but occasional use items that will not be storing liquid for extended periods of time in high heat, that they are safe for their intended use.
