Koh-I-Noor Progresso Pencils are made up of a solid 7.1mm stick of graphite with a thin outer layer of lacquer to facilitate handling. They can be sharpened like any normal wood cased pencil for detailed work. The edges or blunt points of these tactile tools can be used for shading or broad, expressive work.
