The Blade Trader kit comes with six smart blades: a cooks blade, a fish fillet blade, a carving blade, a bread blade and a utility blade. These five blades are made from tough, durable, highly rust-resistant stainless steel, and the sixth blade is a saw blade (which is made from saw steel). All of these blades can be soaked in the sink without worrying about corrosion.
To exchange the blades in the two handles, push up the Quik-Lock and slide out the Quik-Lock mechanism on each co-polymer handle and remove the current blade from the bow tie setting. Slide your preferred blade into place top edge first. Close the Quik-Lock mechanism and slide the blade back. This set comes a stylish black nylon storage case.
