The BitFenix Spectre Pwm 140mm Fan is a fan designed for use with CPU coolers. It uses pulse width modulation technology to adjust fan speeds, making it perfect for controlling cooling with greater precision. The fan is also designed to be silent, and has sickle fan blades that create a torrent of air without creating excess noise. The fan is made out of thermoplastic crystalline polymer, and comes in a matte black finish.
