It is compliant with PCI Express base specification vision 1.1 and supports both PCI Express and USB interface ExpressCard.With this board, users can easily connect to their desktop PC with a wide range of ExpressCard, such as GigaLan, Serial-ATA,FireWire IEEE1394, Bluetooth, Memory card reader ExpressCard.
ExpressCard, the next evolution of the PC Card, combines a smaller form factor and faster performance with the PC Card reliability and ease of use. It provides compact size and the interface has a potential transfer rate of up to 500 MB/sec (or 250 MB/sec in each direction) using a single-lane (or x1) PCI Express link.
