The Kodak Solar Off-grid Inverter 5.6KW 48V SEHM12, also known as OGS5.6 - SEG, is a hybrid inverter designed for off-grid storage systems. It features a pure sine wave MPPT solar inverter, customizable LED ring, touchable button with colored LCD, wide DC input range, and built-in Wi-Fi for mobile monitoring. It also has a reserved communication port for BMS, can be used in parallel with up to 9 units, and has auto restart capabilities. Due to the effects of Covid-19 and the chip shortage, some suppliers have had to use alternative components, affecting the compatibility of certain inverter and battery combinations. It is important to install a Sollatek device for protection against unstable grids, and the product must be installed by a qualified electrician/technician. It is not certified for NRS-097-2-1 in the South African market. An OG-UPG-CONVERTER is required to update the inverter firmware. The inverter weighs 15 kg and has a rated power of 5,600 W. It has a 3-year warranty.

The KODAK OGS5.6 inverter comes with a large colored LCD display and built in Wi-Fi for online mobile monitoring. The RGB status light indicates the working status of the inverter while being aesthetically pleasing.

Due to the ongoing effect of Covid-19 and the worldwide chip shortage, certain suppliers had to resort to alternative component suppliers. For protection against unstable grid it is a must to install the Sollatek device. Not installing this device may affect your product warranty.
