The Nemox Gelato NXT1 Automatic I-green Ice Cream Maker in black is an advanced ice cream machine that uses eco-friendly gas with a low Global Warming Potential. It has a touch screen panel and sophisticated software that adjusts the freezing and ventilation systems based on density and temperature readings. The machine can make 1 kg of gelato in 15-20 minutes and has a removable stainless steel bowl. It also has a pause function, transparent cover, and comes with a measuring cup and spatula. The package includes the ice cream maker body, mixing blades, fixing knobs, transparent cover, spatula, removable bowl, measuring cup, and a fixed bowl protection ring.
Gelato NXT1 i-Green use only ecological gas with GWP Global Warming Potential, (capacity to retain heat of the various greenhouse gases) practically equal to Zero. Gelato NXT1 i-Green is an ice cream machine full of technology. Just touch a button on the touch screen panel to activate it.
A sophisticated software reads information from density sensors and temperature probes and, based on these parameters, through an algorithm automatically adjusts the thermodynamic system, freezing motor, ventilation motor and manages storage.
