The Ezidri Ultra Dehydrator 1000W FD1000 is a compact and efficient dehydrator that is ideal for preparing raw food. It has the capability to dry up to 30 trays for herbs and flowers, 24 trays for fruit, vegetables, and jerky, and 15 trays for roll ups, meals, and soups. It also comes with a solid sheet for making fruit leather and drying small or fine ingredients like herbs or tea leaves. The dehydrator can stack up to 30 trays and has a stable adjustable temperature that can be adjusted in 5 °C increments. It also has an auto temperature reduction feature to prevent rehydration, especially in humid conditions. The dehydrator works by drawing air in through the base, warming it, and circulating it upwards through the stacked trays.
