Description
The Anvil Flat Top Grill is a heavy duty cooking appliance that features a 10mm cooking plate for high heat retention. It has a grease trough that drains into a bottom mounted collection pan and a splashback to prevent grease spattering. The grill rapidly heats up to optimum cooking temperature and is thermostatically controlled up to 300*C for the flat top griller and 180*C for the egg griller. The element design ensures even heating over the entire cooking surface. The egg and bacon grillers are ideal for breakfasts and can be used separately or in combination for frying eggs, sausages, bacon, and tomatoes. The grill also offers versatility with the option to purchase a half flat/half ribbed griddle for cooking burgers and steaks.
