Description
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for tree felling services provided by the Juspropa team. The scope of work is limited to labor and tools, and the team is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The duration of the work is dependent on logistics, and any delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the completion date. The Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client is responsible for providing a safe working environment. Additional work will be billed separately and must be paid before or after completion. The Juspropa team guarantees skilled employees and professional work, but is not liable for any invisible damages to plumbing or electrical systems. The service area is limited to a 45km radius of Johannesburg and a 10km radius of Pretoria, with additional travel charged at a rate of R4.00 per km.
Terms and conditions of service:
1. Scope of Work: This agreement is for labour-only services. The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labour and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service.
2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date.
2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team.
3. Payment Terms: The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Service Provider will not leave the site without Proof of Payment.
4. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner.
Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the SP shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing and electrical damages. Your happiness is guaranteed.
5. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 45km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned.
