The model is MXQ-4K 5G Pro Wifi and has an operating system of Android 12.1+. It has 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8GB internal storage. The box supports UHD 4K video output and various music and photo formats. The input voltage is 100-240V and the output is DC 5V / 2A. The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries. The box cannot be updated, but an alternate store is preinstalled for downloading apps. Some preloaded apps may not be compatible with the box and can stop working at any time. If the box is factory reset, all apps will be deleted. It is recommended to buy an aftermarket keyboard for better performance. The box has limited capabilities due to its 1GB RAM. The package includes the TV box, remote control, power cord, HDMI cable, app and software user flyer, and user manual.

Box operating system can not be updated. Some preloaded apps can not be updated from the play store as well but will not affect how it runs. This is an entry level tv box
Tv box is not google certified but can support almost any app. This means that most apps cannot be downloaded from Google Play store so we have preinstalled and alternate store of which most apps can be downloaded.

xPlease note if an app can not be downloaded it is not because the tv box is defected but it is because the app developer has developed the app in a way to be not compatible with this tv box.

xStandard remote is slow and has a weak signal. Best to buy an after market keyboard, just click on our store name and if we have stock the listing will appear.
xThis is an entry level tv box so it WILL NOT be super fast it ONLY has a 1GB ram which is the base line level and will only support limited apps.
