Description
The Fox Knives Tribal K is a fixed blade Karambit knife with a black-coated N690 steel blade and a black G10 handle. It features a Wave-like thumb rest and a tribal tattoo-inspired decoration. The knife also has a Karambit ring and a Tip-Up pocket clip. The blade is 3.03" long with a cutting edge of 1.92" and a thickness of 0.120". The closed length is 4.56" and the overall length is 5.83". The knife weighs 3.70 oz. and is designed by Doug Marcaida. It is made in Italy and uses a liner lock mechanism. N690 is a reliable upper-middle-grade steel with cobalt alloy and is often sold as N690Co.

N690 Steel
The cobalt-alloyed N690 by B*hler (not to be confused with the lower-grade N695) is a very reliable upper-middle-grade steel Fox uses for a wide variety of projects. The fine-grained N690, which ranks above 440C, offers convincing performance data in all areas. It is often sold as N690Co the "Co" stands for cobalt and describes the exact same steel.
