Description
The customer has contracted Juspropa to install a solar system. The system includes 8 Canadian Solar panels, a 5kW 100Ah lithium ion battery, and a 8kw 3 phase SUNSYNK hybrid inverter. The customer will also need to provide a clear area for installation, allow for any existing electrical wiring to be used, and be aware that there is no warranty on broken things. The service area is limited to the Johannesburg and Pretoria metropolitan areas.

Payment Terms: The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work or for a specific brand of Inverter, Battery or Solar Panel. 1. Scope of Work: The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labor, materials and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. The client will be responsible for the supply of all materials and make sure a) The area of installation or work must be cleared and prepared. b) No modification will be done to the building without prior consent. c) The existing structural fittings will be used for the installation or project, if not will be discussed upfront. 2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date. 2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team. The materials supplied will remain the property of Juspropa until fully paid. 3. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner. Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing and electrical damages. All electrical components replaced have been tested by the relevant manufacturers & technicians to the satisfaction they carry no guarantee. Due to recent power surges and outages manufacturers have withdrawn backup guarantees on all electrical components replaced. Please give us a call as soon as possible within a reasonable period for any default that may occur/arise from the work we have done. We always strive to go above and beyond your expectations for sustainability. The warranty is extended for repairs only. No warranty on broken things. No refund on any products installed. No exchange for products installed. No exchange without a box (please keep the box) valid for 7 days. No warranty on overload. 5. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 45km radius of the City centre in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City Centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centres in Johannesburg and Pretoria will be charged R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
