This is a description of Moderee Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is made with a subtle spiciness that enhances dishes like roast vegetables and grilled shellfish. Each variety is hand-harvested and cold-pressed to preserve the natural antioxidants, oleic and linoleic acids. Blended after cold pressing to produce delicate, medium and beautifully aromatic oils. High in monounsaturated fats, which reduce cholesterol levels. Made of a combination of Favolosa, Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina and Delicata olives. Hints of green olive, olive leaf, artichoke, almonds, herbs and a mild peppery finish.
